I don't like to sleep alone

Lately Bee and Heng have been away from home for almost one and half month. Left me alone a home and many thought just came across my mind.

When we were small, we study for our parent and hope to get a good result so that they can be proud of us. When we go to college, we study for our future and hope to get a good career with high pay. So when I started my working life, I asked myself again. I am doing all this for what, for whom? I realised that at this point of time, we need someone to share our success. Regardless how high pay you get or how high position you hold, when you reach home and if there is no one there to share with you, you will feel that all the effort that you have done in your work is meaningless.

Bee, Heng and Chen are my main motivation to carry on, to fight for my career and for a better tomorrow. At this point of time, it reminds me of an old song - I don't like to sleep alone

Artist: Paul Anka
Song: I don't like to sleep alone

Lyrics :
I don't like to sleep alone
Stay with me
Don't go

Talk with me for just a while
So much of you to get to know
Reaching out touching you
Leaving all the worries behind
Loving you
My mouth on yours and yours on mine

Marry me

Let me live with you

Nothing's wrong and love is right
Like a man says in his song
Help me make it through the night
Loneliness can get you down
When you get to thinking no one cares
Lean on me And I'll lean on you
Together we will see it through

No, I don't like to sleep alone
It's sad to think some folks do
No I don't like to sleep alone
No one does
Do you?

No, I don't like to sleep alone
It's sad to think some folks do
No I don't like to sleep alone
No one does
Do you?

Smoke gets in your eyes

It has been quite some times not writing in this blog. Thanks to the hazy day, which was given by my beloved neighbour from Indonesia. It was so hazy that the smoke gets in my eyes and I got lost on my way to this blog.

Therefore I called up to the radio station today and dedicate this song to my beloved neighbour to 'tank' them for their kindness of bringing haze to me every year without fail.

Artist: The Platters
Song: Smoke Gets in Your Eyes

Lyrics :

They asked me how I knew
My true sick was true
Oh, I of course replied
Something here inside (my lung) cannot be denied

They said someday you'll find
All who breef now will die

Oh, when your heart fill with dust
You must realize

Smoke gets in your eyes

So I chaffed them and I gaily laughed
To think they could doubt my health
Yet today my health has flown away
I am without my health

Now laughing friends deride
Tears I can not hide
Oh, so I smile and say
When they start razing forest

Smoke gets in your eyes
Smoke gets in your eyes
